We use juicy, tropical hops like Citra, Mosaic, Sabro, and Azacca to develop aromas and flavors of juicy pineapple,  mango and stone fruit. 

The malt is grist heavy with wheat and oats which creates a golden color and medium body with a crisp tropical finish.
